Our hearts are filled with gratitude for all He accomplished in Diepsloot during this second crusade there. Many people responded to His goodness receiving His gift of eternal life.
We had testimonies of His healing and of His provision. One man testified He had been seeking employment as a professional driver for three months and came to the crusade looking for prayer. Three days later he arrived on the crusade field in his cement truck and testified of God’s goodness receiving a dream job. Another testified of being prayed for as his body was in pain and the next day he received a gold medal for first place running in a marathon.
We give thanks to the team from Family Bible Church for all their hard work during the crusade. They did shack to shack evangelism, home based care work with those too sick to care for themselves and children’s evangelism. The children’s evangelism included seven schools in and around Diepsloot with JJ the puppet and a radio-controlled airplane, what a joy to see so many children receiving Jesus as their Saviour.
Every afternoon we had a children’s crusade with up to 600 children coming to hear of His goodness. In the evenings people streamed forward to receive Christ and all He has to give. We give Him praise and honour for His awesome grace.
