Luke 9:56 (MKJV) For the Son of Man has not come to destroy men's lives, but to save.
(MRC) "for the Son of Man did not come to utterly ruin men'slives, but to save them."

Jesus has told us that As He is, so is our Heavenly Father. Our Father has not come to ruin us, cause us pain or destroy us. Many people have the wrong concept of God, He has been likened to “Thor” the god of thunder, waiting to hand out thunder and lightning to those who are disobedient and sinful. No, Jesus came to save us, to keep us safe and sound, to rescue us from danger or destruction. He came to save us from suffering and disease, to make us well, to heal us and restore our health. He has saved us from the penalties of the law and from evils which obstruct us receiving His deliverance. He is not our destroyer, He is our Saviour!
