Psalm 91:1,2 (Amp) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].
I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!

When we choose to make the Most High or Supreme God our secret place we will remain stable and fixed under His Almighty shadow. His secret place is His heart, His bosom, where His only begotten Son lies; and into which He takes His sons and daughters, where they are set as a seal, and who enjoy intimate communion with Him; which is none other than His gracious presence. He that by faith chooses God for his guardian shall find all which he needs or can desire. Our emotions, thoughts and beliefs remain sure as He shelters us from every storm or threat, we can boldly declare that He is our Refuge and Fortress. Some put their trust in their own ability but we can say that He is One whom we can trust, lean on and rely in. He will never disappoint us or leave us without a defense as we put our trust in Him.
