Have you ever been in a situation where you need to be rescued, where you need saving? The psalmist David says in this verse of scripture that we can trust in His mercy. His willingness, passion and desire to treat us better than we deserve. His heart is full of mercy and always triumphs over judgment. We can rely on His constant love toward us and our hearts can rejoice and be glad because He will rescue us. Even though we make mistakes and disappoint ourselves and others, His love and mercy will never fail. We can be like David and trust in His salvation, it’s what He does best. |
