The soccer festival in Kya Sands squatter camp was a huge success with 20 teams and hundreds of spectators.
There was excitement in the air as the final 2 teams went to a penalty shootout after extra time. At the prize giving Steve preached the gospel with boldness and hundreds of players and spectators responded to the good news. We have been asked to go to another squatter camp to host another soccer festival, so will be doing the same thing in September. It has been a tremendous tool in reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
